The petitioner has preferred this application for modification of the order dated 9.8.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4991 of 2020.

By filing the modification application as also a supplementary affidavit enclosing photocopy of the Adhar card of the petitioner, the modification being sought for by the petitioner is that the description of the name of the petitioner on the top of page no. 1 of the order dated 9.8.2021, given as "Chandan Yadav, Son of Bishnu Yadav, resident of village Maithibaran, P.S. Jaipur, District Banka" should be read as "Chandan Yadav @ Chandan Kumar Yadav S/o Bishnu Yadav,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51483 of 2021(2) dt.29-09-2021 2/2 resident of village Maithibaran, P.S. Saraiyahat, District Dumka (Jharkhand)."

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on having gone through the contents of the supplementary affidavit wherein the copy of the Adhar card of the petitioner has been enclosed, the application for modification is allowed. The order dated 9.8.2021 granting bail to the petitioner in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case no. 260 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the description of the petitioner on top of page no. 1 of the said order shall read as "Chandan Yadav @ Chandan Kumar Yadav S/o Bishnu Yadav, resident of village Maithibaran, P.S. Saraiyahat, District Dumka (Jharkhand)". The order dated 9.8.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4991 of 2020 stands modified to the above extent.

The application stands disposed of.
