2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 06.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 66118 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 384 of 2023 arising out of Supplementary Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 187 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. The following order was passed on 06.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 66118 of 2023 which reads as under: "Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Jai Narain Thakur, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1384 of 2023 arising out of Supplementary Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 187 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the driver and the helper have been killed for looting the truck.

4. Materials have come during investigation that the petitioners have been involved in the crime.

5. In a case of heinous double murder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial."
