Having perused the materials on record and the orders which have been passed in this writ petition, we are of the view that this writ petition needs to be closed with appropriate directions to the respondent No.3, namely, Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari and the respondent No.4,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.459 of 2015 (6) dt.16-10-2015 namely, Station House Officer, Rajepur, in the district of East Champaran, Motihari.

We, therefore, direct that the Station House Officer, Rajepur Police Station shall carry out the investigation of Rajepur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 and bring the same to its logical conclusion expeditiously in accordance with law. The Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari, shall ensure that the investigation proceeds in accordance with law and the guilty, if any, is brought to book expeditiously. If the alleged victim is recovered, necessary order shall be passed, in accordance with law, by the learned Magistrate, who may be competent to pass orders in this regard. With the above observations and directions, this writ application is disposed of.

However, the petitioner shall remain at liberty to take recourse to appropriate provisions of law for remedy of his further grievances, if any, in future.
