JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 The present petition is for modification of the order dated 25.5.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17456 of 2023 on the ground that due to fault on the part of Mr. Durgesh Nandan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the order could not be conveyed to the petitioner.

This Court was not inclined to extend him the benefit by modifying the order, on the insistence of the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is his fault for which he is ready to pay Rs. 5000/- to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, the order stands modified.

The period of surrender is extended to four weeks from today.
