The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners are neither owner of the alleged pick-up van nor they have concern with the alleged illicit liquor. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 193 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
