The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 86/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner no. 1 is Gotni and petitioner no. 2 is Nanad of the victim.
The informant alleged that the accused persons killed her daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners above named has no concern with the affairs of husband and wife, and they are living separately from them. They have falsely been implicated in this case.

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation and that petitioner no. 1 and 2 are ladies and petitioner no. 2 is unmarried sister of husband of the deceased, let the petitioner no. 1 and 2 namely, Baby Devi and Panna Devi respectively, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 86/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Samarendra Pratap Singh, J) Vinita/- U T
