The counsel for the petitioner states that during pendency of the application petitioner no.1 (Abdul Tauf @ Abdulauf) has been arrested. As prayed, the application is dismissed on his behalf.

The petitioner no.2 has repeated at least on three occasions his prayer for anticipatory bail before this Court. The last order passed on his anticipatory bail application is placed at Annexure-5. The Court is disinclined to entertain the present application for anticipatory bail for the third time. The application is dismissed.
