Learned counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 591 of 2013 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2037 of 2017 (2) dt.25-01-2017 2/2 The order dated 14.03.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
