Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR of the occurrence of murder. Some others are suspected to have committed the murder, who are named in the FIR. During investigation, it revealed that the petitioner also belongs to the gang of co-accused Dilip Rai. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2017.

Considering the fact that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
