It appears from the pleadings of the writ petition that the present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent concerned to not disturb or dispossess from the peaceful possession of the land and house in question of the petitioner. In fact, one title suit 239 of 2022 is pending before the Sub-Judge-I, Naugachia, which is the subject matter of the present writ petition and for the same set of land in question. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, as the similar proceeding is pending before the competent Court of law, no case is made out for interference.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
