2. The petitioner has sought quashing of the First Information Report of Rajepur P.S. Case No. 53/08 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed.

4. Since the charge-sheet has been filed, I do not wish to examine the contentions raised by the petitioner for quashing of the First Information Report. However, it shall be open for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.143 of 2016 dt.18-05-2016 2 /2 to raise such contentions as are raised in the present petition before the learned trial court, who shall consider the same in accordance with law at appropriate stage.

5. With the said direction and liberty, the writ application is disposed of.
