2. Prima facie, the present petition is not maintainable in view of the Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Be that as it may respondents have filed show-cause along with
Patna High Court MJC No.233 of 2021(5) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 certain documents. It is evident that there is a compliance to the order dated 04.01.2011 passed in CWJC No. 5813 of 2009.
3. Accordingly, the present MJC - contempt petition stands dropped.
