Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 506/34 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no. 3 namely Yogendra Sah.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52402 of 2021(3) dt.27-04-2022 2/2 Accordingly, this bail application on behalf of petitioner no. 3, above named, is dismissed as withdrawn. So far as the petitioner nos. 1 & 2 are concerned considering the allegations and injury this application for anticipatory bail is allowed on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 & 2 above named.
Let the petitioner no. 2 above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
