11-10-2017 The modification application has been filed for correction of an error in the nature of a typographical error in the prayer portion of the Cr. Misc. No. 44508/2017 which led to another typing error in the order dated 19.09.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in place of Behar P.S. Case No. 57/2017, the prayer portion should have contained Belhar P.S. Case No. 57/2017, which is required to be corrected by allowing the present modification application.

This Modification Application is allowed.

Let the prayer portion of Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48726 of 2017 (2) dt.11-10-2017 44508/2017 be corrected and read as Belhar P.S. Case No. 57/2017, consequently the order dated 19.09.2017 by which the petitioner has been granted bail shall also stand corrected and in place of Behar P.S. Case No. 57/2017, it should be read as Belhar P.S. Case No. 57/2017. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the court concerned.
