Re.: Civil Review No. 400 of 2013 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instruction to appear on behalf of the petitioner.
2. The present review application is to seek review of the order dated 17th of June, 2013 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 62 of 2013 whereby, an order passed by the learned Single Bench was not interfered with. In fact, the learned Single Bench has dismissed the Writ Petition whereby an order passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority on 22nd September, 2011 claiming for employment as Panchayat Teacher remained unsuccessful.
3. We do not find any error apparent on the record which may warrant review of the order.
4. The Review Application is dismissed.
