The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 41 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant who is Chaukidar of Uphara Police Station has alleged in his fardbeyan that on 22.11.2017 about 19:00 P.M. he received an information and thereafter reached the place of occurrence and saw that a dead body lying in a paddy field of Kapil Saw.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the para nos. 27, 28, 31 and 32 of the case diary, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65912 of 2018(6) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, after framing of charge the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. (S. Kumar, J) Rajiv/- U T
