This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.07.2022 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No.2100/ 2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 01.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2100/2022 but in the petition name of presiding Court has wrongly been typed as C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in stead of Exclusive Special Excise Court-1-cum- Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur and, therefore, the same mistake has occurred in the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid submission, this petition is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22306 of 2023(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 allowed and name of presiding court be read as Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-1-cum- Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in stead of C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur Four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
