The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kotwali P.S. Case No. 171/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that one Arun Kumar came to him and persuaded him to invest money in Weird Infrastructure Corporation. He was the agent of the company. Arun Kumar took him to the office of the Company where Shobha Kumari, Sudhir Prasad, Pravin Kumar, Bigan Prasad and Guddu Sharma were present.
It is submitted that the petitioner did not receive any money from the informant Anil Kumar. The petitioner of course working as Senior agent of the company, but she has not taken any

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that Arun Kumar took money from the informant for investment in Weird Infrastructure Corporation, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 171/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
