The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Araria P.S. Case No. 405/2010, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 418, 420, 423, 468, 469, 471, 474 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant, Civil Surgeon-cum-Secretary, District Health Committee, Araria found that the petitioner and others got appointment on the basis of forged certificates. The qualification of the petitioner was duly examined and it was found that the petitioner produced forged certificate of Auxiliary Nurses Midwifery.
It is submitted that the institution from which the petitioner got certificate has not been examined. It appears that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34345 of 2015 (3) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 petitioner got service of ANM Grade-A on the basis of forged certificates, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail and his prayer shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
