KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners seek regular bail in Chandi P.S. Case No.233 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 147,148, 149, 337, 307, 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused of firing and pelting stone on the police party. However, none has suffered any injury.

It has been submitted that petitioners one similarly situated co-accused Mahuri Yadav has been granted regular bail vide Cr.Misc.No.47397/17 on 13.10.2017 and other four coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail vide

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48859 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 Cr.Misc. No.42886/17 on 19.09.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Hilsa, in Chandi P.S.Case No.233 of 2017.
