Petitioner seeks bail in Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 141/17 registered for the offence under Sections 304, 302, 201/34 of I.P.C.
Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death who happens to be husband of the deceased and disposing of the dead body.
Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the informant has filed false case in misconception. He is in custody since 25.07.2018. Heard the learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

No.58744 of 2018 (3) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, when the informant is examined in this case, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail. The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
