The petitioner seeks bail in Rohtas P.S. Case No. 185 of 2019 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 619 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 364-A of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.01.2021 with an observation that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after completing two years' judicial custody.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has completed more than two years in judicial custody, as he is in custody since 14.08.2019. It is further submitted that till date no prosecution witness has been examined.
