This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Shambhuganj P.S. Case No.77 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code 3.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are suspected to have killed the deceased on the ground of land dispute.

No material has come to connect the petitioner with the alleged crime expect for suspicion. The petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2023.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
