This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2016, disclosing offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a), 53(c) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner has criminal antecedent inasmuch as he is accused in a case under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, rejected.
