2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have kidnapped the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim, who is 24 years old, eloped with the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Khagaria/concerned Court below in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2023.
