JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 14-12-2016 Heard the Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh for the Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation.

The present application seeks modification in the order dated 29.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37477 of 2016 by extending the time for deposit of the defalcated amount as per the said order. It is stated that the entire amount as per the said order has been deposited with the Corporation which fact has been noticed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad under order dated 24.10.2016.

Considering the above, the application is allowed. The order dated 29.09.2016 is modified to the extent that the period of provisional bail granted to the petitioner in the said case shall

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53630 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 continue for a period of two weeks from today enabling the petitioner to appear in the said case and seek confirmation of the bail after producing the relevant document.

The said order dated 29.09.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 37477 of 2016 was passed in Barun P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 granting provisional bail to the petitioner to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad. (Kishore Kumar Mandal, J) Pankaj/- U T
