The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 344 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504, 506, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further he submits that in the instant case, First Information Report is lodged after lapse of one month of the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
