The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 420/34, 120B of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

1216.080 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from the tent house of Varun Kuwar.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has been made accused only on suspicion.
