The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are co-sharers and there is case and counter case between the parties and that the injuries purported to have been inflicted stand falsified by the injury report annexed to the present application, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
