The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra Town P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018 registered under Sections 406, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and in the whole case diary, nothing has come against him. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.59316 of 2018(4) dt.18-12-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra Town P.S. Case No. 285 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
