====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 Heard Mr. Siddharth Harsh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mrs. Sucheta Yadav, learned APP for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 28261 of 2025 to the extent that in Paragraph No. 3 of the order dated 07.05.2025, registration number of vehicle has been inadvertently typed as 'BR1X-9849' and the same is required to be corrected and substituted by 'BR1X 9489'.

3. Considering the inadvertent typographical mistake in paragraph no. 3 of the order dated 07.05.2025, I find it proper to delete the word 'BR1X-9849' and let it be substituted by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43239 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 'BR1X 9489'. The time to surrender before the learned District Court is also extended for six weeks from the date of passing of this order.

4. The order dated 07.05.2025 passed in Cr. Miscellaneous No. 28261 of 2025 is modified to the above extent. The other parts of the order shall remain intact.

5. Accordingly, the present modification application stands disposed of.
