The Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case instituted for the offence under Section(s) 406, 420, 468, 469, 471, 120-B Indian Penal Code.
Considering that the Petitioner is a lady, without going into veracity of allegation, it is ordered that in the event of surrender/arrest of the Petitioner, named above, within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.444 of 2015, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the court below to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48436 of 2015 (2) dt.16-10-2015 2/2 satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under sections 438(2) Cr. P. C. and (i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the Petitioner, (ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if she fails to do so on two consecutive dates, her bail will be liable to be cancelled.
