The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2017 in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No. 167 of 2017 registered under Sections 353, 386 of the Indian Penal Code and 17 C.L.A.Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually there was no attempt to commit any crime and merely on suspicion the petitioner was arrested. No incriminating material was found from him and the entire case is false and fabricated. Considering the nature of allegation and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
