2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354, 363 , 366A , 511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons tried to kidnap the minor daughter of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case . As a matter of fact, there was love affair between the daughter of the informant and the co-accused Dilip Kumar who was caught by the informant and handed over to police . Petitioner has neither any relation
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46783 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2024 2/2 with the co-accused Dilip Kumar nor he has any concern with the alleged occurrence . The daughter of the informant is major girl who firstly married in year 2018 and thereafter she was married with another person in the year 2018. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I East Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S. case No. 302 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
