Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioners has been rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 33755 of 2017, vide order dated 26.7.2017 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case or after completion of two months period in custody, whichever was earlier.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that two months period has already expired and, as such, prayer for bail has been made.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed with a direction to learned court below to release the petitioners on bail to its own satisfaction on condition that they will co-operate in disposal of trial.
