2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already ventilated his grievance by way of a representation before the Executive Engineer i.e. the Respondent No. 4 herein. The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 to consider the said representation dated 05.04.2023 (Annexure- P/3) duly taking into consideration the letter No. 790 dated 10.04.2026 (Annexure- P/6) and take necessary action strictly in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possibly preferably within a
