The petitioner seeks bail in Narhat P.S.Case No.125 of 2018 registered for the offences under Section 37(i) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was apprehended in drunken condition. It further appears that he is accused in large number of cases.

Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in most of the cases he is on bail. He was remanded in this case on the only allegation is that he was apprehended in drunken condition. He is in custody since 21.05.2018 and charge sheet has already been submitted. Heard the learned A.P.P. also .

No.62427 of 2018 (3) dt.19-11-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge-II-cum-Special Judge Excise, Nawada, in Narhat P.S.Case No.125/18 subject to the condition that bailors must be of local having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
