The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 379, 380 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons, variously armed, came to the house of the informant and assaulted him due to which he sustained injury. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioners are in custody since 19.3.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the

General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioners. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners. No specific injury is attributed against the petitioners. Petitioner no. 3 is a lady.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-IV, Patna in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 129/17.
