2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 571.32 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from two motorcycles which were seized from the premises of the Bhola Baba Temple.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedent of similar nature.
