The present Writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to get the encroachment removed from the land appertaining to Plot Nos. 10123 and 1024 situated at village - Bhediharwa, P.S. Sathi, District - West Champaran.

The case of the petitioner was that in pursuance to the order dated 12.09.2011 passed in CWJC No. 12728 of 2011, as contained in Annexure-3, the encroachment was

Patna High Court CWJC No.9108 of 2014 (4) dt.12-03-2018 partially removed that too after fling of contempt application being MJC No. 4968 of 2012. In the circumstances, this Court vide order dated 21.02.2018 directed Circle Officer, Narkatiaganj to present in the Court, who is present in Court.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar No. 7, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the encroachment has been removed and hence, he is not pressing the present writ application at present.

Accordingly, this Writ application is disposed of.

The personal appearance of Circle Officer, Narkatiaganj is dispensed with.
