JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No.276 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 279 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation alleged against the petitioners is of using sharp edged weapon and also there is no injury alleged to have been caused by Pankaj Ray, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest, they shall be released
