The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under section 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the informant is grand son went with torn pant on the shop of the petitioner for getting it stiched but the petitioner refused to stich. The petitioner assaulted with scissor to the grand son of the informant. It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that the injury has been treated to be grievous but for the occurrence of 16.04.2015, fardbeyan was recorded on 29.04.2015 and was came to be registered on 16.04.2014.
