The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the husband of the informant and when the informant tried to save him, she was dashed and thereafter the accused persons stabbed knife into stomach of the informant's husband with intention to kill him.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is a case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50547 of 2016 (2) dt.25-11-2016 2/2 and counter case between the parties. In the free fight both the sides have been injured.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I, Purnea in connection with Baisi P.S. case No.40 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
