The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It has further been submitted that victim girl, on recovery, has given her statement U/s 164 Cr.P.C., which is annexed as Annexure-2 to the bail petition, wherein, she has stated that she did not identify this petitioner. She has stated in her statement that she has been kidnapped by 2-3 unknown boys. The father of the victim girl has merely raised suspicion against this petitioner in the written report that he has kidnapped his daughter.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 67 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
