JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dehri (Dalmianagar) P.S. Case No. 998 of 2017, S.T. No. 241 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 18.09.2018 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 46748 of 2018.

Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and the death of the deceased is due to strangulation. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that till date though the charge has been framed, but no witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody for more than a year.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides, in view view of the facts

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41550 of 2019(2) dt.11-07-2019 2/2 and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.

With the above observations, this application is dismissed.
