No. 364 of 2012 by which it has confirmed the order dated 19.04.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in G.R. No. 875 of 2008 (Tr. No. 627 of 2012).

Considering that this is a second revision in the garb of an application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. and no patent illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
