JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 The petitioner was appointed as President of Primary Agriculture Credit Society, Mesaudha Panchayat on 21.10.2014 and allotment of foodgrains was started on 27.11.2014. The petitioner is aggrieved by memo No.54, dated 31.1.2015 by which licence of the PACS has been cancelled.

The petitioner submits that the allegation is of the period July and August, 2014 when he has not taken over charge of President, PACS, Mesaudha Panchayat.

In this view of the matter, the petitioner may make a representation to the licensing authority for reconsideration of his decision which would be decided on its own merit subject to any
