ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2018 in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.744 of 2017, registered for the offence under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that the petitioner had fired, the injury was upon the upper part of the thigh. It is further submitted that there was some previous dispute with regard to the exchange of money of Indra Awas Scheme. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the present case. The nature of injury could not be established as no report was available on record.

No.58659 of 2018(6) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been in jail for more than 8 months and thus he may be extended the privilege of bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner is willing to co-operate in any further investigation and also the trial which ensues therefrom. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua, in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.744 of 2017.
