The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rail Barauni P.S.Case No.48 of 2015 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as section 27 of the Arms Act. In view of direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire which hit the brother of the informant as a result of which he died, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
