Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of eight weeks.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Manigachi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 corresponding to C.R.I. No. 1118 of 2021 registered under Section 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioners is of committing torture and causing death of the victim due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52509 of 2021(2) dt.01-11-2021 2/2 petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioner Nos. 1 & 2 are maternal father-in-law and maternal brother-in-law of the deceased respectively. They are separate in mess and property from husband of the deceased. They have got no concern with the alleged occurrence. The husband of the deceased is in custody. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2021 corresponding to C.R.I. No. 1118 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
